Our flagship program is 12 weeks because that’s the minimum amount of time required to build new habits and learn how to sustain them in a variety of situations.
But by no means is health, fitness and body composition a one-and-done kind of thing.
There is no finish line or getting to a point of completion where you get a certificate or diploma.
There is no stopping or “going back” or “on and off” again. I mean you could play that game, but isn’t that exhausting?
