What To Expect:
- The program is 12 weeks long and starts the second week of January 2025.
- It's for men and women of all ages. You can be a member of our community already or completely brand new!
- It will include at minimum, one 1.5 hour group coaching call a week with me, Lisa Kirby. TBD on call days/times.
- I will include additional calls once every 4 weeks when we start a new module, especially when we all put on our CGMs.
- We'll have live calls, call replays and a private chat space in our new all-inclusive app, Circle.
- This program is completely separate from our All Access Pass, Awaken Your Nutrition, etc. If you want to join, you'll need to purchase it separately.
- This is a labor of love over the past 6 years and reflective of my continued education in Quantum Biology (board certified), hormones (IIN certified) and mindset + behavior change science (HMCC certified), and I cannot wait to share it all with you!
What We'll Cover:
1. Daily Cycles (Circadian Rhythms): How cortisol, melatonin, insulin, glucagon, leptin, ghrelin, testosterone, and more fluctuate every 24 hours and how to optimize these hormonal cycles + the impact of natural and artificial light on health and performance.
2. Monthly Cycles (Infradian Rhythms): Menstrual health and hormone balance for women (and insights to support daughters, husbands, partners etc.).
3. Seasonal Cycles: Seasonal eating and advanced strategies like carb-cycling, intermittent fasting, and keto + Micronutrient essentials for mitochondrial health.
4. Annual Cycles: Adapting nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle to metabolic health and environmental factors.
5. Lifetime Cycles: Navigating hormonal transitions: perimenopause, menopause, testosterone health, and beyond.
6. Data-Driven Health: Support interpreting CGM data (CGM cost not included). Recommended wearing 2 CGMS for 2 weeks each via Theia. Guidance on hormone testing tailored to individual goals.
7. Foundational Health Practices: The role of grounding, minerals, and the 4th phase of water + science-backed insights on how thoughts, beliefs, and emotions shape your physical health.
