We know Tanya as a fellow Diet Doc owner (the nutrition division through which we’re licensed). She is also a licensed massage therapist, ISSA certified personal trainer, wife, and expecting mama-to-be.

Tanya grew up with an active lifestyle playing multiple sports in high school. However, after college she started to slow down and began gaining weight - over 40 pounds in two years.
When she hit a breaking point, Tanya took the first step toward transforming her life by hiring a nutrition coach. Why? Successful people don’t do it on their own; they stop wasting precious time and instead, work with a guide who has been there before.
Tanya implemented the Diet Doc flexible dieting approach to lose 50 pounds in one year😍. She continued to study nutrition and discovered how to manage her weight forever!
In the last three years, Tanya has run three Tough Mudder events, a half marathon, and competed in her first physique show. When several friends, family, and fellow gym-goers began regularly coming to Tanya for nutrition, weight loss, and fitness advice, she realized how much she enjoyed helping others.
