For example: you're getting lab test after lab test done, taking the latest fad supplements, complaining that your body never changes and you've been stuck for years, even though you're "doing all the right things" with eating balanced and strength training, walking etc...
But you're going to bed between 12-2am every night and you've failed to recognize how important it is for hormonal balance that only occurs when you're asleep between 10pm - 12am.
Or you're completely ignoring the level of stress flooding your system even though it's beyond palpable by those around you in basic conversations and exchanges, and you've been running on adrenaline and cortisol for so long that you aren't even aware of how negative it feels to operate from stress hormones...
And then you continue complaining that your body is broken and you'll never see results.
