This is exactly what we’ve built through The Green Door Life.

What started off in 2020 as a way to workout online at home has transformed into an epic community of 80+ members (and growing!) who are all on the same path of physical, mental and spiritual wellness.
We still meet nearly every day online to workout, stretch, chat, learn, share, cheer, celebrate, and inspire.
This year, we’ll be hosting more in-person events, workshops, and mini-retreats π
