In addition to 6 strength training classes each week, we offer 2 metabolic conditioning classes (a form of HIIT training using both weights and bodyweight), stretching and flexibility, meditation and breath work, and various one-off workshops on Astrology, Sound Healing, Enneagram and more.
All levels are welcome! Our instructors will provide you with modifications as needed. You'll fill out a form one time when signing up for your first class where we'll gather information about any injuries or pain points.
For strength training, we recommend that you have a pair of heavy and light dumbbells to make the most out of your session. We've even had people get super creative using water jugs and other heavy items if their home gym hasn't been set up yet!
