Obviously, we're using the analogy of a vacuum here and there are much greater issues facing the world, but this kind of processing can be applied in so many areas of life.
Where do we take short cuts that end up costing us more over time?
Unfortunately, most people wait until their problem is so big before taking action, which often requires much more time, money, and effort to solve.
For example: waiting too long to address a gut health issue that leads to expensive testing, supplements, alliterative treatments and even surgery.
But what if you didn't wait?
What if you took action sooner?
What if you can actually afford it and you just need to revisit where else you're spending money?
Most people are sensitive about the topic of money and investment - and we get it - but we welcome the conversation.
Most people were never taught to have a healthy relationship with money, just like many of us never learned how to have a healthy relationship with food.
It's all connected.
How we relate to one thing is how we relate to all things.
Ultimately, money is a form of energy.
It's used as an exchange of value, and thus, points to what we consider valuable.
Which is why at one point, salt was as valuable as gold.
So, what do you value now? What are you spending on that is making your problem bigger?
Maybe it's Door Dash.
Maybe it's fast food.
Maybe it's the Peloton bike you never ride anymore that just makes you feel guilty when you look at it.
Maybe it's alcohol.
Maybe it's vaping.
Maybe it's other substances that you use to try to escape your problem.
Maybe it's time.
All the precious time you spend worrying about what to eat, looking up the next diet, searching for workouts online because you don't have a program, and missing out on the present moment because you're so uncomfortable in your body.
There are SO many things that we spend money on - rather unconsciously - that could be re-directed to something that provides a better return on investment.
For example, there was once a time when we were nervous to spend $500 each on a business expense. And just last month, we joined a $25,000 business coaching program.
Not because we're necessarily making more money compared to expenses, but because we've expanded our capacity to invest.
And because we understand the value of coaching.
Because we did the due diligence in choosing this specific coaching program over thousands of others available to us.
And because we understand that investing in oneself always pays off.
And while it's not always true that more expensive = better quality, it certainly is true when the product is backed by credibility, years of positive reviews, and proof of results - all of which we have at The Green Door Life.
That's exactly why we are almost at 100% full client capacity with only a few spots left open this July. [Click here to apply - think of it as your test run of using the 'Dyson'.]
And that's why our group nutrition program launching in September is already filling up. [Click here to join; limited to the first 20 who register].
And that's why we have some members who have made a conscious decision to have a health coach indefinitely and have rearranged their budgets to accommodate that.
