Frequently Asked Questions:
1) What equipment do I need for the classes? For strength training, you'll need a set of light + heavier dumbbells, various sized hip circle (i.e. "booty") bands, and a bench or chair to step up on. If you don't have any equipment, feel free to start with a couple jugs of water or a backpack with books in it. For all other classes, equipment is minimal and/or bodyweight is all you need!
2) Can I join the workout classes even if I'm completely new to exercise and/or strength training Yes! We pride ourselves on teaching proper movement patterns and excellent exercise form as part of all workout classes. Our instructors will provide you with modified exercises as needed depending on your current strength, comfort level and mobility to prevent injury and help you build strength safely over time.
3) How big are your classes? We purposefully keep our workout classes small (no more than 25 people) so that our expert instructors can provide real-time individual feedback as needed on movement patterns, exercise form correction, etc.
4) Do I get a replay on demand? If you are dropping in per class, video replays are not included. If you would like to have access to all of our On-Demand video recordings, please sign up for All Access Pass 🎉
5) When signing up for the classes, how will I get the zoom link? Zoom links for booked classes are sent immediately upon booking and again about an hour prior to class start times via email.
