🏾♀️If your bootcamp instructor sends you an email about the benefits of dumping 28 grams fat into your coffee from butter... RUN! (Yes, even if it’s grass-fed)
See... there is a time and place for cardio 
What works for them (or anyone for that matter) does not mean it will work for you❌
They are probably burning a ton more calories every day than the average 9-to-5er, so their nutrition requirements will be different immediately.
