With over 20 years of experience in personal training, functional movement, and holistic health, Shannon brings a deeply integrative approach to strength training—where biomechanics meet breath, and physical power meets inner presence.
Certified through NPTI and NASM, Shannon’s journey began with Pilates, where she developed a foundational understanding of core movement, alignment, and mobility. From there, she expanded into strength coaching, nervous system regulation, and energetic practices, creating a method that honors the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
Awaken Your Strength is the culmination of Shannon’s multi-disciplinary expertise. The course guides participants through progressive movement patterns, tempo training, breath-led mobility, and deep muscle activation—while integrating mindset tools and energy awareness to reconnect with the body on a deeper level.
