Shannon Morse is the Co-Founder of The Green Door Life and an NPTI/NASM Certified Personal Trainer, among many other disciplines. With over two decades of experience, she is dedicated to helping individuals break through myths about weight loss, performance, and what it truly means to live a life full of health and vitality. Combining expertise in nutrition, strength training, and energetic awareness, Shannon empowers her clients to unlock their full potential.

Her journey began with Pilates, where she developed a deep understanding of core movement, strength, and flexibility. This foundation led her into the field of personal training, working with both individuals and groups to build strength and resilience.

  • Pilates & Personal Training – BASI (Body Arts and Science International) – 600 hours
  • Certified Personal Trainer – NPTI (National Personal Training Institute) – 800 hours
  • NASM Certified Trainer & Educator – National Academy of Sports Medicine – 300-hour coursework & practical application
  • NASM Instructor & Founder of Ahmiel Personal Training Education – Preparing aspiring trainers for NASM certification
  • Licensed Diet Doc Permanent Weight Loss Program Clinician – Specializing in evidence-based nutrition for fat loss and metabolic health
  • Quantum Healing Trauma Release Clinician – Certified through the Bridge to Mastery Institute (one-year program)
