Meet Melanie Pflaster
Your Guide During Balance Your Blood Sugar
Melanie’s journey with her health began early. She’s navigated life with multiple autoimmune and genetic disorders, including recurrent Epstein-Barr Virus (which can leave her fatigued for months), Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome—a genetic connective tissue disorder that affects nearly every system in the body.
After years of seeking answers through traditional medicine with little relief, everything shifted when she began to advocate for herself and explored what nourishing, balanced food could truly do. Learning how to regulate inflammation and stabilize her blood sugar through macronutrient-balanced meals and autoimmune-friendly nutrition was the key that opened the door to healing—and sparked a mission.
Melanie is now passionate about helping others uncover their own unique path to wellness, especially those who feel overlooked in conventional healthcare. Whether you're navigating blood sugar imbalances, pre-diabetes, chronic fatigue, or trying to make sense of your CGM data—Mel is here to walk with you, every step of the way.
Her approach is compassionate, grounded in science, and rooted in personal experience. In Balance Your Blood Sugar, she’ll guide you in understanding your body’s unique glucose responses, how to interpret your real-time data, and how to use nutrition, movement, and mindset to feel more stable, energized, and in control.
Melanie is a certified nutrition coach through the National Academy of Metabolic Science and is currently pursuing board certification in functional nutrition through the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP) via the Nutrition Therapy Institute. She is also working toward her CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) through NASM to better support clients with hypermobility and movement-based healing.
