- 2:06 - 2:20: Lisa asks Daniel to explain why he believes everyone has the ability of tuning into their intuitive self which is another word for being psychic.
- 3:17 - 5:11: Daniel goes on to explain that we all have intuitive “hunches” which come from our souls and that we can use this information to navigate our own journey in life.
- 5:26 - 5:30: Daniel states that everyone has the awareness which is like a muscle that needs to be developed.
- 5:45 - 6:25: Daniel tells Lisa that her dancing is her soul’s expression to communicate with the Universe.
- 6:27 - 7:11: Lisa describes that she has always felt very connected to her soul/self and thought being a psychic was for people who had the ability to “read” others in a more indepth way.
- 7:20 - 9:37: Daniel says more people tend to use the word “intuitive” than “psychic” when in actuality it is the same thing. Being aware of the soul’s consciousness is really listening to that inner voice which is your intuitive self.
- 9:50 - 10:47: Shannon tells Daniel how much she has learned from his classes at the College of Psychic Studies in London. She and Daniel go on to discuss how those classes have changed her perception about what she thought was logically true about herself.
- 10:50 - 13:06: Shannon talks about her personal conflict of deciding whether or not to get the Covid Vaccine and how she turned inwardly to connect with her soul to make the decision.
- 13:08 - 13:17: Shannon asked Daniel when he started noticing this path that opened up to him.
- 13:20 - 17:04: He said it happened unconsciously at 16 years of age when his “Nan” died. He was very angry about her passing so his mother took him to his first “Medium” which changed his life.
- 17:05 - 18:22: He explains how he had no fear of death after his Nan came to him. He then became obsessed with getting as much knowledge as he could about psychics and mediums and how they receive information from people who have passed on.
- 18:23 -19:24: Daniel talks about how he took classes and learned how to meditate.
- 19:30 - 20:05: He goes on to explain when he was fully aware that he had this ability to connect intuitively when he was a child.
- 20:19 - 21:34: Shannon reiterates why Daniel was featured as their guest. He will be presenting a workshop for six weeks on February 28th. A free introduction to this workshop will be on February 21st. This information is on The Green Door website.
- 22:00 - 22:07: Shannon asks Lisa to share her journey of being spiritual and intuitive.
- 22:08 - 24:11: Lisa journaled in her young life and felt connected to something higher than herself. She loved how Daniel described death which is what she teaches her own sons. She tells them when we pass on the body becomes different but the soul continues to live on.
- 24:14 - 25:58: Daniel educates people on not having fear with the subject of death. “It’s not goodbye forever, just see you later”.
- 26:17 - 29:01: Daniel talks about his spiritual journey and his feelings about death.
- 29:12 - 32:12: Shannon acknowledges how the three of them have this uniquely different perspective. Daniel is living as Medium, Lisa is deeply spiritual and intuitive but may not believe right now that that ‘s who she is. Shannon has been doing this in different capacities for a while. She says this helps her really know her clients as she is able to look further into them as they unfold their stories to her.
- 32:17 - 37:09: Daniel talks about how we need to celebrate everyone as a perfect individual. Their soul, power and love is very unique. This is how you should look at your clients when working with them. He goes into further detail on this.
- 37:10 - 37:21: Shannon asks Daniel about what their clients can anticipate in the upcoming workshop.
- 37:30 - 40:42: Daniel talks about why he wants to help others. When his Nan passed away it changed his life. Getting involved in Mediumship gave him a way to be “seen” as he wasn’t, in his earlier life. He felt he was led to a higher power. He calls it Love.
His class is about helping the student to find their soul and wisdom within. To find a greater power and live within that Love.
- 40:43 - 45:20: Daniel talks about having cerebral palsy and how as a young boy he was bullied. He became a bully himself and not loving his own soul. He knew he had to love himself before he could teach other people to do the same. In his class he will teach how to recognize that love within yourself. He goes on to say everything we need is always within ourselves.
- 45:35 - 46:00: Lisa reiterates what Daniel stated. It’s so hard to love ourselves but easier to give that Love to others.
- 46:01 - 48:00: Daniel says it’s hard for him too and that he has to remind himself to love his being, his soul. He says, “Be God/Love to yourself. It will change you!”
- 48:18 - 48:35: Lisa and Shannon wanted him to repeat what he said. They thought it was a good shift in perspective to ask what that would look like, to be God to ourselves.
- 48:58 - 49:05: Shannon mentions the diagnosis of Daniel (Cerebral Palsy) and how this year has been for him.
- 49:10 - 53:50: He says it’s an on-going journey and it has taught him kindness. His disability has given him a voice. He says as his body changes he feels it is a gift because he has become more health conscious. Because of his needs now, he is more mindful of other people's needs.
- 53:51 - 56:26: Shannon says in summary that Daniel is their first guest on their Pod Cast. She goes on to explain why she and Lisa wanted to bring someone like Daniel to do a workshop for The Green Door community. She asks the question, What is the full spectrum of health? It is Mind, Body, and Spirit. They are very excited to be offering this to the community because people forget to nourish the soul as well as the body.
- 56:27 - 56:49: Daniel says it’s a new approach for him as well. He said many years ago someone told him that he would be teaching health relationships and he never really understood what that meant until now.
