Our guided meditations and breath work sessions are designed for everyone - whether you are brand new to this practice or an enlightened meditation master. With content changing each week depending on what is being channeled as a collective need, all you have to do is show up live to receive or follow along in the app.

How To Get Started

 

Step 1. Register for Guided Meditation & Breath Work

 

Register online (see below) to create your account and access the full pre-recorded library to start your guided meditations right away + learn how to join us live on Wednesdays.

 

Step 2. Download The App & Login

 

Once registered, download the Kajabi App in Google Play or the Apple App Store. Kajabi is the platform through which our programs are delivered. You can also access the recordings from your desktop browser using the same login credentials. 

 

Step 3. Mark Your Calendar

 

We meet virtually through Zoom on Wednesdays from 8:00-9:00 a.m. Pacific Time. Every 6 weeks or so, we take a break from meeting live for full integration.

Mark your calendar and access the zoom link directly from your meditation and breath work account.

 

Step 4. Join Live or On Demand 

Join our powerful collective live every Wednesday from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time or watch in the comfort of your own space anytime on demand.
