Summer Salmon Salad

A fabulous summer salad to pair with your favorite wine. Feel free to swap the fruit for your favorite fruit of the season and swap the romaine for your favorite lettuce of the season.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Place raw salmon on a pyrex or sheet pan and cover with Teriyaki sauce
  3. Bake for 15 minutes
  4. Create salad with nectarine, strawberries, hearts of romaine in a separate bowl mixing 1/2 tbsp of Brianna's Poppyseed dressing and 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar together. 
  5. Salt and pepper salad to taste
